Raft One is by far the best guide company on the Ocoee River. We witness other guide companies passing us up while we would stop and turn our raft over on a huge boulder so we could bounce off of it and dive into the water... or stop in a tunnel and make a human damn... Our Guide Miss Katie was the best guide we could ask for. She made sure with the other two guides in the other two rafts that we had the time of our life's. Katie was our guide for the zip line and rafting I would recommend you ask for her... Very entertaining! It's more than just money with this company, it's about making sure we have a blast and it worked for me and my family. We Love Raft One and what a deal they gave us to do both zip line and white rafting on different days...

Great rafting company. Best raft guides on the Ocoee. They stop at certain places on the river for raft sliding and cannonball pop ups. Brad is a fantastic guide so make sure to ask for him. He is fabulous with the younger kids and makes sure the adults have a fabulous time too. You won't be disappointed!
We had a great time rafting the middle Ocoee with Raft One. We went the first weekend of October and unfortunately the leaves had not changed yet, but it was still a pretty ride. Never having gone rafting before, I was really nervous about falling out and I was expecting the whole ride to be class 3 & 4 the entire way down the river. We never tipped over, no one fell out and there were moments of down time mixed with moments of excitement. After awhile I was hoping to run across more class 4 as they were fun. My husband rode the bull and we got some great pics for $35 at the end of our trip. Our rafting guide Matt was great and I think that he made the trip enjoyable. I heard the other group talk about tipping and we didn’t have much cash so we gave what we had. I have no clue what the standard is, but I read on another site $5pp which seems a little low. Overall, great company to raft with and we had an enjoyable experience.
I had such a great time going down the Ocoee. Ben Stone, I believe that was his name, was our guide; I called him "Hero" because that's what he was. He MADE our trip. He guided us down safely, he was extremely knowledgeable, and also lots of fun. I would recommend him, and Raft One to anyone. Be sure to ask for Ben and also to "ride the bull".. trust me, it's fun.
Raft One is a fantastic company for white water rafting! Matt Green is exactly what you hope for in a guide. He is professional, fun, friendly, knowledgeable about the river, experienced and he ensured that we had the best possible trip down the river. Four of the 6 people on our raft had no experience and Matt made sure that we went THROUGH all the best parts of the river. We were safe and thrilled and soaked! He even added fun to the areas without IV rapids. Raft One appeared to be the only company with a raft slide in the middle of the trip. They know how to make white water rafting safe and fun!
